Who we are
HospediaPro is operated by Irvis Osbel Murillo Medina, an individual residing in Trujillo, Peru. For any privacy-related questions, you can reach us at contacto@hospediapro.com.
What information we collect
- Data you provide directly: name, email address, and any information you include when purchasing a product, registering, contacting us, or leaving a review.
- Payment data: we do not store credit card numbers or banking details. Payments are processed through third parties (Gumroad, Stripe, or directly on blockchain networks for cryptocurrency payments) — each one has its own privacy policy.
- Technical data: IP address (used to detect your country and display prices in your local currency), browser type, pages visited.

What we use your data for
- Processing your purchase and delivering the product or license.
- Sending you the download link, your license key, and update notifications for the products you purchased.
- Responding to your support inquiries.
- Improving the site (if you enable analytics cookies).
- Sending you updates by email if you voluntarily subscribed to our mailing list.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Who we share data with
Only with the providers necessary to operate the service: payment processors (Gumroad, Stripe), our hosting provider, and our transactional email delivery service. Each one acts as a data processor, not as the owner of your data.
How long we retain your data
For as long as you keep an active account or as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax requirements). You may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data:
- If you reside in Brazil: you have the rights recognized under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) — access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to the processing of your data.
- If you reside in California (USA): you have the rights recognized under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — to know what data we hold about you, request its deletion, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
- In any other case, you may still write to us to request access to or deletion of your data, and we will handle your request in good faith.
