1. Acceptance of the terms
By purchasing or using any HospediaPro product, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. What we sell
We sell software usage licenses (WordPress plugins and themes), hosting services, and technical consulting. Digital products are delivered via immediate download after payment is confirmed.
3. License of use
When you purchase a plugin or theme, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license of use, limited to the number of sites indicated in the product (for example, “1 site”). You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code.
- Remove copyright notices from the code.
- Use the product on more sites than allowed by your license, unless you purchase an additional license.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) as the base reference, with an approximate conversion to your local currency based on your location — the actual charge depends on the payment gateway you choose and may vary slightly due to the exchange rate of the day. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrencies (USDC/USDT) depending on the product.
5. Updates and support
Products include updates and technical support for the period indicated on each product (typically 6 months of support, 1 year of updates). After that period, the product continues to work but you will not receive new versions or support, unless you renew.

7. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress configuration, third-party plugin, or specific hosting environment — we do our best to maintain compatibility, but we cannot test every possible combination. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the product.
8. Intellectual property
The code, design, and content of our products are owned by HospediaPro (Irvis Osbel Murillo Medina), except for third-party libraries included under their own licenses (indicated in each product where applicable).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that the law of your country of residence may grant you as a consumer.
